Part-time Property Caretaker

We are looking for a meticulous, structured, and quality-conscious Property Caretaker.

We highly value that you are solution-oriented and enjoy taking responsibility for your work.

The tasks can vary, but primarily involve assisting our customers with different types of internal/external maintenance of properties.

We place great importance on personal suitability among our staff.

The customers are usually private individuals but can also be companies or housing cooperatives.

You will work independently and have great opportunities to manage your own time.

To work with us, you are welcome to be a senior or contractual pensioner. You are responsible, flexible, and solution-focused.

You will be employed on an hourly basis. You will, of course, be insured, and we adhere to collective agreements. Salary is personal and may vary between different assignments but always follows the agreement.
